How many hearings have been filed? How may have been heard? How many were CW? How many were W? How many were VW? How many grants? How many denials? How many second level cases and status?

Telephone cut off.  It seems that the new state hearings phone system shuts off at 4:30 even if someone is in the middle of a call. (Stephen Goldberg)

Old online hearing request portal.  There is nothing on that site stating that it is no longer active and it is accepting entries that can be sent and there is no message that it is not going through. (Stephen Goldberg)

Is there a way to send out notifications that ACMS is down? (Stephen Goldberg)

Authorized representative issue: San Bernardino County ASH office will not recognize a limited conservator as the authorized representative for public benefits. County states a limited conservator has no authority to request an IHSS hearing for the conservatee.  (Kim Selfon)

IHSS - Social Workers are taking time away from recipients claiming they have a "new" way of calculating and the ALJs are deciding to agree with these actions.  (Myra Galt) 

13.

The way postponements are taking place.  County is asking at the hearing due to wanting to use our SOP to create a new argument and change their SOP. (Myra Galt)

14.

Deadlines for decisions.  Decisions are very late. (Myra Galt)
