POLICY SUGGESTION: No form or NOA should be issued unless it is translated in the required languages

8 CRB complaints process- are complainants and their representatives copied on all communications/correspondence relative to the civil rights complaint? Is this a state requirement? Anything in writing?
8 Modifying the CRB compliance review process to better assess for the quality of ADA policies & compliance
