Grace A. Galligher has been a welfare litigator since 1980. Grace was born in Missouri. She moved to California when she was 12 years old. She graduated from Sacramento State and majored in business and accounting. She then decided to become a lawyer. After graduating from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento she briefly went into private practice, then joined CCWRO and became a lifetime poverty fighting lawyer. Grace has been fighting poverty during two (2) different centuries. She has participate in numerous major welfare litigation efforts in California.
